English-language travel sites don't rank in French search. French-language travel sites rarely cover U.S. destinations. We targeted the gap (French queries about Route 66, ESTA, car rentals, time-zone changes) and built USA Conseil into the answer.
Service pages rarely rank on their own. Guides that solve specific reader problems do. The Car Rental Guide grew 1,453%; the Time Change article grew 1,735% year over year. Each one earned its traffic by being genuinely useful, not by selling.
Twenty years of editorial authority needed structure, not replacement. We restructured the existing pages instead of starting over, preserving the substance the client had built and giving it the SEO foundation it never had.
