No. Every step — analysis, trimming, favicon generation, OG rendering, zipping — runs in your browser. There is no upload server. You could disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool would keep working.

Yes, on purpose: your export settings and the last logo you opened are saved locally (in this browser's own storage) so a reload or a crash doesn't cost you the work. Nothing is sent anywhere. When a saved logo is waiting, the page offers to restore it and gives you a Discard button to erase it — and clearing the site's data in your browser removes it too. On a shared machine, use Discard when you're done.

SVG, PNG, JPG, and WEBP. SVGs are sanitized and tightened to a clean viewBox. Rasters are auto-trimmed to their content bounds before everything downstream is rendered.

A modern favicon set covers more than the classic 16×16 and 32×32 icons. You also want 180×180 for Apple Touch Icon, 192×192 and 512×512 for the PWA manifest, and ideally an SVG favicon for browsers that support it. It depends on where it's used. A header logo is typically 120–200 px wide, exported at 2x (240–400 px) for retina screens. Toggle it on and the exported SVG's fills are rewritten to the CSS keyword currentColor. The logo then inherits whatever color the surrounding text is, so dark mode becomes one color change instead of a second export. Smart mode only converts pure black/white fills, leaving brand colors alone.
